Information we collect

Information you provide to us. When you submit our contact or demo request form, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include your name, email address, company name, job title, phone number (optional), and the contents of your message. Providing a phone number is optional and is not required to contact us or to receive our services.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we may automatically collect certain technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used in aggregate to maintain and improve our website.

Activity on our website. We use our own Omnilytical platform on this website to record how visitors interact with it — for example, which pages you view, which content you open, and which forms you submit. Until you identify yourself to us, this activity is not associated with you by name. Once you submit a form or otherwise tell us who you are, we may associate the activity from your visits with your contact record so that we can understand what you are interested in, tailor the content and follow-up we provide, and improve the experience for you and for other visitors. You can ask us to stop this association, or to remove activity from your record, at any time by contacting us at the address below.

Data our customers place on the platform

Brands that use the Omnilytical platform control the customer data they place on it. This Privacy Policy does not govern that data. If you are a customer of a brand that uses Omnilytical and have a question or request about the information that brand holds about you, please contact that brand directly.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as pages visited, time spent on the site, and general geographic region. This information is aggregated and is not used by us to personally identify you. Google processes this data on our behalf as a service provider, and we do not use analytics data for advertising purposes.

The personal information you submit through our forms — including your name, email address, phone number, and SMS opt-in status — is not shared with Google Analytics or any other analytics provider. Website activity recorded by the Omnilytical platform (described above) is held by us and is not shared with Google.

You can opt out of Google Analytics at any time by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by adjusting your browser settings to refuse cookies.

How we use your information

We collect and use personal information for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your inquiries, schedule demos, and follow up on your requests
  • To provide, maintain, and improve our services and enhance your experience as a customer
  • To communicate with you by email, or by phone if you have provided a phone number, and by text message if you have separately opted in to receive texts
  • To send you occasional communications about our services and offerings that may interest you, which you may opt out of at any time
  • To maintain the security and functionality of our website
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations

Use across our brands

C308 Marketing, Inc. operates under the Omnilytical brand and the c308 brand. Information you provide to us under either brand may be used by C308 Marketing, Inc. across its brands and services — for example, to scope and deliver implementation services or to tell you about related services we offer. This is use within a single company, not sharing with a third party, and it is subject to the same commitments described in this policy.

Marketing communications

When you contact us, we may add your contact information to our customer relationship management (CRM) system so we can serve you effectively and stay in touch. From time to time, we may send you marketing communications by email about our services. Every marketing email we send includes a clear and easy way to unsubscribe, and you may opt out of marketing communications at any time by using that unsubscribe option or by contacting us at privacy@c308.com.

Text messages sent under your form opt-in are limited to communications related to your inquiry and our services to you. We do not send marketing text messages without your separate consent, and we never share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not share your personal information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing, promotional, or lead generation purposes.

SMS/text messaging and mobile information

If you opt in to receive text messages from us, the following applies:

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories listed in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We may share your phone number and SMS opt-in status only with service providers who assist us in delivering messages to you — such as our messaging platform provider and telephone carriers — solely for the purpose of providing the communication services you have requested.

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. For assistance, reply HELP. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary. For full details, please see our SMS Terms & Conditions.

How we share information

We do not share your personal information except in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers. We use trusted third-party vendors to operate our website and business (such as website hosting, email services, and communications platforms). These providers may process your information only on our behalf and only as necessary to perform services for us.
  • Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect our rights, property, or safety or that of others.
  • Business transfers. If our company, or the Omnilytical brand and its related assets, is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the commitments in this policy.

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, maintain our relationship with you, provide our services, and meet our legal and business obligations. Contact information stored in our CRM is retained until it is no longer needed for these purposes or until you request its deletion, whichever comes first. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

  • Text messages: Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
  • Email: You may unsubscribe from any non-essential email communication by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us directly.
  • Access, correction, and deletion: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the information below. We will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law.

Children's privacy

Our website and services are intended for business use and are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Third-party links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
